My kitty was sick on the weekend, and my regular vet is closed on saturday. I called around a bit, and NO ONE would take a new patient on a Saturday - except Highland Lakes Vet. Everyone was polite, kind, and considerate. I had driven a considerable way, and they worked me in fairly quickly. The vet was very thorough and seemed very competant, and explained many possibilities to me. Excellent overall!
This was our first visit here, and we were so impressed with the reception we received. Every one was helpful and answered all our questions. Dr Goad and the staff were so sweet to our little kitten. We are very grateful.
We had a medical emergency with one of our dogs at 4 PM yesterday. We are new to the area so we did not have a veterinarian yet. I called several places until I was able to reach Highland Lakes vet clinic. They agreed to see our dog immediately! The staff was so friendly, and they took good care of our girl. We were able to leave within an hour with some medicine and she is already doing so much better! Highly recommend this vet clinic!
