“My husband was in severe back pain, and could barely sit up much less sit in a wheelchair to go sit again in a waiting room. We had gone to another ER and they were more concerned about where I had parked than my husband lying down in the back of my car in pain. We pulled up in the ER driveway, I went in and told them the situation. Someone came out almost immediately and helped my husband in. I parked the car and came back into the ER. He was already given pain meds and lying down. Eight minutes from driving up and him being helped. Wonderful service and care. Thank you so much!“
