I called Ken’s heating and Air with an emergency cuz my Ac unit went out and I had a new born baby… they was very understanding about my situation and made a way to come out after hours to fix it… I would definitely recommend these guys

i was so impressed with this company. Not only did they get there within 2 days while we were have a bitter winter storm but they fixed the problem the first time. The tech was extremely professional but explained in detail what the issue was! I would recommend them over any other company! First class operation!!

Steve was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue with our AC, and did two separate tests to confirm that the issue is a failed-closed expansion valve. Also while hear he looked at potential to install a mini-split system in the downstairs area of our house.
