I contacted All About Air after finding a/c problems at a rental property we own. They came out promptly and Michael was extremely helpful as well as personable. He got the system diagnosed and set the repairs in motion with the understanding that we'd let the system run for a few days to dry out and ensure all was working correctly before they completed repairs and servicing. Jake came out on schedule (actually a little early!!) a few days later and again, very helpful and very personable. He kept me informed as he completed the service and we're on for a 6-month recheck. I'm a fan...and a customer!
Jimmy came to our home recently the service our Bosch a/c unit. As expected, he was thorough and courteous, and got the problem remedied in a flash.
