“During our new house build, our contractor referred us to HC Floors & More for our flooring and tiling, and eventually, HC Floors supplied our lighting fixtures as well. We made the initial appointment, and after meeting Kimmy, Donnie, and their staff, we knew that we wanted to work with them. When we met, they were in the process of moving the company from its old location to its current location on North Ridge Road. Even in the midst of the move, their discernible style was apparent, and suited us well. After getting an idea of our vision, Kimmy began gathering samples for us, and helped us refine our selections. It is important to say that while other companies and designers would have limited the amount of time spent with us to the blocked appointment window, that was not the case at all with Kimmy. She unselfishly spent her time with us (many hours, over at least four appointments), making us feel as if we were her only and most important clients. Kimmy, Donnie, and their team are patient, kind, professional, and talented designers and installers. Their work is of quality and precision, and shows attention to detail. They not only provided our flooring, tiling, and lighting, they helped us realize our dream for our new home. Our experience with HC Floors & More, and with Kimmy in particular is overwhelmingly positive. We have only praise for HC Floors & More, and recommend them to everyone building or remodeling. “After a water leak in our kitchen we decided to refloor our house utility room, kitchen, living room, and bath. After much delay and haggling with insurance company we finally got reconstruction done and it was time for Carter to get finish floor down. They stored the new floor in their warehouse. This was 2 mo. Much delay from rebuild contractor getting work done. The day came for the floor to go down. Workers went to Dripping Springs picked up the floor then came to our house around 10 am. They dove right in and by 5pm had entire job completed and very well done. This was the highlight of the entire experience. A quality product and workmanship at a fare price. I could not be more pleased with this company and the people.
