“Lakeway Floors did an exceptional job on our carpet installation. From the initial selection process through final completion, the experience was professional, well coordinated, and executed at a very high level.
Eric’s team was outstanding. Junior was especially impressive — knowledgeable, communicative, and clearly experienced in his craft. As someone who works in the construction industry, I notice the difference when a team is organized, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in their work, and that was obvious throughout this project.
The finished product looks excellent and has truly elevated the overall feel of our home. The carpet selection, installation quality, and attention to detail all came together exactly the way you would want on a high-end residential project. Most importantly, my wife is absolutely thrilled with the result. Mariana was also a pleasure to work with and was instrumental in helping us choose the right carpet for the house.
I would highly recommend Lakeway Floors to anyone in the Austin area looking for a professional, design-conscious team that can deliver a beautiful finished product with the kind of quality and service you would expect on a custom home.”
“During our new house build, our contractor referred us to HC Floors & More for our flooring and tiling, and eventually, HC Floors supplied our lighting fixtures as well. We made the initial appointment, and after meeting Kimmy, Donnie, and their staff, we knew that we wanted to work with them. When we met, they were in the process of moving the company from its old location to its current location on North Ridge Road. Even in the midst of the move, their discernible style was apparent, and suited us well. After getting an idea of our vision, Kimmy began gathering samples for us, and helped us refine our selections. It is important to say that while other companies and designers would have limited the amount of time spent with us to the blocked appointment window, that was not the case at all with Kimmy. She unselfishly spent her time with us (many hours, over at least four appointments), making us feel as if we were her only and most important clients. Kimmy, Donnie, and their team are patient, kind, professional, and talented designers and installers. Their work is of quality and precision, and shows attention to detail. They not only provided our flooring, tiling, and lighting, they helped us realize our dream for our new home. Our experience with HC Floors & More, and with Kimmy in particular is overwhelmingly positive. We have only praise for HC Floors & More, and recommend them to everyone building or remodeling. Thank you for helping us make our new house a home!”
