“Guy seemed nice. We had a leak with water heater, the pan was rusting and draining through the emergency drain. He gave a quote but it did not include a new pan. I asked for the quote to be updated with a new pan and also installation of a flood stop. (The old pan was showing signs of corrosion so I would definitely not install a new heater on top of it). He stated I should go with someone who could better help me. I picked a different company who was great and offered a new pan without asking and included the flood stop.“

My Mom needed a new hot water heater and Mike gave me a very reasonable quote for a new unit with the same capacity and Eric did an amazing job getting the old unit out and hooking up the new unit and then capping everything off. Changed the unit from gas to electric and did the whole job in less than 2 hours.

“Water heater had a leak in the water tank. Pinnacle Plumbing Contractors Inc changed the water heater with a better unit that had brass fittings and more insulation for energy conservation. He also changed the frozen ball value for water heater shutoff with a gate value. Since he was there he also changed the frozen ball value for the main house water shutoff with a gate value and protected the pipe to keep it from being damaged by the weed eater. “I got a bunch of bids from several (7) people, and they by far offer the best prices. They did fast and thorough work, made sure they cleaned my main sewer line, explained everything to me when I asked. Seriously wonderful people, they even threw in some vacuum seal things for my hoses for free when I asked about it. Oh! And they cleaned the area they worked on real well. When I get the pipes redone on my house these are the guys I'm going to use. I just have to reiterate how great these guys were.
