I'm extremely grateful for the plumber who fixed the issue in my kitchen. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful, knowledgeable, and focused. He took the fime to explain what went wrong and walked me through the solution. The repair was done neatly and faster than I expected. It's rare to find someone who works with this level of care and integrity. I would gladly call him again.
Ken Jr. was the plumber dispatched to our house when we called regarding a plugged drain. He communicated well and showed up timely. When he arrived he listened to my description of the situation. Before he began he explained what his next steps would be and what we should do if this plug comes back after this service. Then, he proceeded to tackle the issue very quickly. I could not be more satisfied and even though the top reason I chose Kenn's Plumbing over other suitable competitors because they are a Windsong sponsor, now they've proven themselves first hand. They will get the next call for sure!
It was after 6 p.m. Saturday when we called. The lovely dispatcher sent Kenn, Jr. over. Water was leaking out across the living room and main bathroom for no apparent reason. He assessed the situation, made a few adjustments that stopped the leak in the bathroom and slowed the river in the living room. Sunday morning he went to work and sealed not one but two leaks. I'm happy to report that the house is now returning to normal (still chaotic, but less wet). Super work, professionally cleaned up like he was never here -- and we couldn't be happier. Thank you to a superb company and a super plumber -- Kenn, Jr. Highly recommended!
