“Before I start off about the service that I experienced, let me start off with the great customer service that I had before I even went into the salon. I wanted to try builder gel, and I had never tried it before. I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time. I get really nervous, trying places because of certain up charges and people wanting to do shady type of business. But when I booked the service I put in the note that I wasn’t sure what I was doing and they removed an extra service that I put on there because I explained basically what I wanted and they saw that I had made a mistake. So they removed it because it was a service that I didn’t need. But not knowing this I did call them to confirm the appointment just to make sure that I booked everything correctly. Whoever answer was so nice and so accommodating. I can’t imagine explaining stuff like this all the time, but she talked to me as if she was happy to help. And I’m sure she was but you know how you do something every day and you have to repeat yourself all the time and sometimes people have that annoyance in their voice as if they have to repeat themselves again? Well, she was just genuinely happy to help. She helped me book the right services and that made me feel so good. When I got there, the service was great. You don’t have the chemical type smell that you usually experience in a regular nail shop. It was clean and nice. It was a smaller shop, which in my opinion makes it feel more intimate and personal. I got everything exactly what I wanted and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be back. I’m a very simple nail girl and it is exactly what I wanted.”
