Super friendly and very clean!
Before I start off about the service that I experienced, let me start off with the great customer service that I had before I even went into the salon. I wanted to try builder gel, and I had never tried it before. I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time. I get really nervous, trying places because of certain up charges and people wanting to do shady type of business. But when I booked the service I put in the note that I wasn’t sure what I was doing and they removed an extra service that I put on there because I explained basically what I wanted and they saw that I had made a mistake. I cannot say enough good things about Splend Nailworks. P and her team — Kimberly, Yaz, and Bella — are truly the sweetest. From the moment you walk in, the energy is calm, welcoming, and never rushed. I always feel so comfortable there.
What I love most is their commitment to a clean, modern, non-toxic experience. They use vegan-friendly, eco-conscious products — and they don’t use jets in their pedicure tubs, which makes everything feel so much more hygienic. It really is “guilt-free beauty,” just like they say.
And my nails? Always flawless. Consistently beautiful, clean, and exactly how I want them.
