They did an awesome job! Daniel and his contractors were great and always answered my questions and got back with me quickly. They got us back in our home within the time they quoted. The office staff always answered my questions and were also very responsive.
We had a flood in several rooms in our home. Right afterwards we called serve Pro. They were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Duane did our initial inspection and he explained all details even about the insurance claim. Austin and all of the other technicians that came out to install the equipment were also professional and they did such a wonderful job I'm so glad that we contacted them. We experienced a house fire in mid July of this year which took a major portion of the attic and a big portion of our garage. It's been quite an experience that I wish nobody ever has to deal with. DeWayne came out a day or 2 after the fire and walked us through the entire process moving forward in cleaning and beginning with the restoration process. He was very descriptive and helpful and so were the rest of the Servepro associates that were assisting along the process.
