Had a problem with the screen on my pixel 8. Confirm through Google that they would pay for it. I made an appointment on line. They took my info. Took the phone and an hour later they were done. As far as I can tell top notch job. Google paided the bill. It is nice not having to mail my phone or go to Austin to have it fixed.
Eric was great. I gave him a computer disabled because I allowed the hard drive to fill completely, absolutely no room to maneuver. Of course he fixed it for a fair price but he did it with a great attitude like he was really glad to help me. We don’t necessarily get that kind of service anymore. Thank you, Eric.
They took their time to help eliminate all possibilities for my laptop. Walking me through all that could be wrong and what to do next. I appreciate the patience and guidance they gave.
