As I looked up I could see a gentleman, Milton, scurrying quickly across the parking lot with his lunch in hand from a local establishment. I let him know that I could wait if he needed to eat his lunch but he insisted on taking care of my problem. He quickly took care of my issue that I was sure would be a half day ordeal....not to mention he was extremely courteous and genuinely friendly.
