She's been doing outstanding nails since I've moved to Austin in '95 and I've seen her bi-monthly since then, as have most of her clients. She is not easy to get an appointment with (much less into her famous "book") as she has a long-term and loyal client list. *If* you can make it into her book, you're golden. “My skin feels reborn! I had such a lovely experience having a facial with Alex! She takes the time to tune into what your skin needs in the moment. I love that she uses all natural chemical free products too. She has a very calming energy and doesn’t talk a lot so I was able to really relax and even drifted off for a bit. I inquired at alot of places in Austin, but since October is a busy wedding month, alot were booked, or they only had slots at like 8am no thanks!! Adore got right back to me and was so easy to work with. “I have had Laura doing fabulous cuts and perfect highlights on me for several years now so I'm late in writing a review. A recent visit I had motivated me to finally take the time for a well-deserved 5-star rating. My 15 year old daughter who has never had anything more than a trim asked to get some highlights. I knew I didn't want to trust just anyone with her untouched silky locks. Laura was not only kind enough to work her in during my appointment time, which made it way more convenient, but she did an absolutely masterful job at making my daughter's highlights look like something she was born with. The best part was my daughter's smile when she saw the end result. Teen girls can be hard to please. Laura has a way of understanding exactly what you want her to do but also adding the perfect amount of her own artistic flare that makes it even better than what you imagined. Bravo, Laura! You now have another loyal customer. Not sure I'll always want to share my appointment time though.“
