We purchased our home about 2.5 years ago. All was good until we noticed some discoloration on the baseboards in the toilet room. After further examination and lots of money spent with a plumber… it was determined the shower drain was never set and sealed correctly from the beginning and the shower drain has slowly been leaking small amount over this period. The only fix is to gut the entire thing. So we’re now having to pay thousands of dollars for a new shower as well as replacing boards in the walls and sheet rock. If you purchase from KHOV hire an independent person for inspections and be weary!

If you want an AC unit that’s half the size of what it should be go ahead and build here. All of the good reviews are from the office team. Our AC won’t go below 74 in the summer and k hov basically said theirs nothing they can do. How bout giving people good quality AC unitsServices: Project management
