At a time of sorrow and confusion, the staff stepped in to assure us that all requests would be discussed and honored. They were not only caring, but used language and information to gently guide us through the process, acknowledging our loss, giving us comfort. They were timely, but not pushy and gave us opportunity to make our decisions without making it commercial feeling. The details that they include such as flowers, videos, programs, thumbprint and bookmarks were very special to us. The staff at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home were courteous, helpful and professional. Our mom had pre-arrangements with them and everything went smoothly. We also used them in 2017 when my dad passed away, and have attended many other funerals held at this facility. They always do a wonderful job.

Chanda was outstanding in answering my questions and discussing my death somewhere in the future. The best thing someone can leave their families is a plan of burial. It takes the pressure off of them during a stressful time. It also locks in a price today which will only continue to rise. Life Insurance doesn't increase but the costs of burials will constantly increase. So to guarantee all is covered, make your plans and pay for it at today's cost. It assures you and your family that things are being handled as you wish. It assures me that things will be done as I wish. Total peace of mind.
