I had a really positive experience at Ulta today, thanks to Dae! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and immediately offered help.
I usually dread going into Ulta because I’ve had negative experiences with staff in the past—often due to mean girl energy leading me to feel like I’m a bother. The last time I came in for help with color matching, a group of employees were chatting behind the counter about non-work-related things. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes, but as the conversation continued, I realized no one was coming and eventually left.

I experienced the friendliest and most willing to help associates that I've met in a long time. Thank you Ms. Dae! You were patient, informative, and stayed with me until I was finished shopping. That's the kind of customer service everyone should provide! 5 stars for Ms. Dae!!!

Sariah was extremely helpful and kind. I went in not really knowing what I was supposed to be looking for and Sariah made me feel so much better about what products would suit me best. She had very helpful tips and was so above and beyond that when I go back, I will definitely be asking for her. ❤️
