I read the reviews before we purchased the house. I was a bit skeptical. We looked at all the Mobile home sellers in the area and we fell in love with the extra wide home on Twin City's lot. It was also priced very well compared to the other sellers. Twin City was up front about their warranty. The warranty is only good for 1 year. We decided to take a chance. Even if we need to replace something, we saved on the purchase of the house. Bob was our salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. The mobile home sat on the lot for 2 years before we purchased it. It had a few minor issues and it took a couple of months (because of the supply chain ) but they fixed them... read full review

My daughter and son in law bought a 90,000 dollar trailer from them in June it didn't make it from their lot 12 miles to my daughter's land and is falling apart .They told her to make a list of everything that is wrong before 30 days after it was delivered and they will send someone out to fix it. Now it is September almost October and they've still not done anything to fix it now they are passing the buck saying it has to be done by the factory. don't expect them to stand behind what they sell. once the sell is made and they have the money you are on your own.

We bought a house from Twin City in 2020. we bought straight off the lot, our house was moved onto our property in August 2020. We waited 3 weeks after it was moved in before anyone came to start finishing it out. The whole house is tape a float, and it really is a beautiful home. The workers that came stayed 3 weeks to do the finishing work. On the process they ruined the brand new kitchen sink, by washing their paint brushes in it. it was an acrylic black sink so the scratches they caused and the staining of the sink made us have to replace it. They also broke our personal items and didn't mention it. And my 11 yesr old can tape and float with better quality then... read full review
