Their team member was professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work with excellent attention to detail. They’re the best service in town. Very polite and efficient work, very nice front desk service. Sometimes make mistakes but fix it right away. I’m very pleased with their helping hands during the years. ??❤️
Our toilet flush valve was old and wouldn’t stop running. Worst thing was, we couldn’t turn the water valve off to stop it, as the original plumbers installed the toilet too close to the valve to NEVER be able to turn the valve off. We expected the plumbing would have to be re-routed through the wall and moved over to make the water valve usable. Earl and Hunter came out, re-routed the water valve next to the toilet WITHOUT going into the wall, replaced all the internal parts in ALL 4 of our toilets and were done in 1-1/2 hours!!!!! We will ALWAYS Trust Truss!!!!! ?
