I would like too tell everyone that needs them.. I would call them Everytime.. They come out in the bad weather, we talked about that the owner of the home passed away, and he wouldn't take our money.. God is good.. We are blessed to have good people in our life.. There simply is not enough good things that I could say about Strickland.
My wife and I are doing a remodel and have used every branch of Strickland so far, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Every single person that we came into contact with was professional, kind, and treated us like they would want to be treated.
Priced were less than I anticipated and when several issues arose on our ends, Blake, Justin, and Will went WAY above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, happy, and able to move forward with our project.
I could go on all day, but these guys are definitely the company to go with for any plumbing, hvac, or Electrical needs.

Called to have toilet set. Had removed old n bought new toilet n had handy to be installed . Tech told me 300 cause of 30 minute trip out. Needed a flange due to mine broken . Tech said small cost. Charged me 600 for I hour work n 30 minute drive. Had other quotes for 150 - 200 to do. I will never use again n will inform others on social media. Looking at reviews, this is not unusual charges. Happens to many of us that have previously trusted Strickland. Never this trust again.

Communication is definitely lacking. They arrived 2 hours past the 4 hour window they gave for a quote - we had to call to confirm they were still coming. Then we were told we’d receive a quote same day, but did not. It was a Friday so had to call Monday to prompt them for it. Was then told we’d receive a call with the quote, but instead they sent an email. We responded to the email asking for the second quote (as we were told we’d receive 2 as the job could’ve been completed two separate ways) and received a kickback email saying to email Connie. Emailed Connie and no response, so had to call the next day and were told they don’t respond to emails regarding quotes. I’m not interested in hunting someone down to force them to take my money.

Had a leak and had to call after hours, but done quickly and affordable. Mikey did a great professional job! And thank you to Connie also! I highly recommend Strickland and will continue to use them!!

I'm very disappointed. Mikey was the technician who showed up and did an outstanding job. I mistakenly believed that I had a water leak because I never had low water pressure for half a day in the Dallas area. It was unfortunate that this happened on a Friday. I called on Thursday evening and was told the front office would call in the morning, they didn't. Had to call again around lunchtime. Upon arriving, he did a visual inspection outside and inside first. No equipment was removed from the truck. The problem was traced to a toilet flapper which he did not have on the truck and had to return to the office to get. I was charged $475 to repair a toilet flapper that took less than 5 minutes to install and test. Overall this whole fiasco took less than two hours. Originally it would have been over $800 but Mikey couldn't consciously charge this w/o trying to get it lowered. The front office approved the discount and I'm appreciative but the charge is still too much for what the problem was. I realize this was after hours but expected common sense pricing. I didn't receive that. I cannot do anymore business with a company that can't charge a fair price for a job. I'm 66 years old and on disability and not able to easily absorb astronomical charges. I also will be telling my family and friends that live in the area what happened and to be cautious.
