“I had a really positive experience at Ulta today, thanks to Dae! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and immediately offered help.

I usually dread going into Ulta because I’ve had negative experiences with staff in the past—often due to mean girl energy leading me to feel like I’m a bother. The last time I came in for help with color matching, a group of employees were chatting behind the counter about non-work-related things. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes, but as the conversation continued, I realized no one was coming and eventually left.

Thankfully today Dae completely changed that experience for me. She helped me narrow down my concealer and foundation match, which was such a relief and made the process easy and comfortable.

The only downside was when another staff member abruptly interrupted us by snatching keys out of Dae’s hand without saying a word. It was super tense and uncomfortable. Despite that, Dae handled the situation with professionalism and kindness.

I appreciate the service Dae provided; she was a sweetheart in a store I usually try to avoid.
She deserves recognition, and I just hope management addresses the behavior I’ve witnessed.“

Brianna is very experienced in pastels and vivid hair colors. She’s also chill and non-judgmental, which is very important to me. You won’t feel judged and uncomfortable at this salon as you do most others. Highly recommend her!“
