We had a big water leak that required water removal, drying, sheetrock removal, and packing/storing of contents. Our packing crew—Ana, Jessica, Sandra, Sàchiel, Nef., and Brandon—were phenomenal. They were sweet, laughed a lot, joyful, careful & hard working. They made the situation a lot more bearable. I was so sad when they finished their part today. They were such a joy & so empathetic. Highly recommend!

When something goes terribly wrong these are the People you want to call. Everyone involved from my Initial Assessment to the Final Cleaning after my House Fire was great! I had some top tier Professionals with Ulises & Ana organizing crews but what really stood out was the way they guide you through what can be an overwhelming situation ( these are some genuine folks, trying to help you through a hard thing - they were the best! )
Ulises my Project Leader always took time to explain what was being handled in each phase of the restoration. He gave me specific “Next Steps” so I knew what to watch for and if there were any actions I would need to take AND he provided a reliable timeline so I could properly schedule with my General Contractor. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to you Ulises, you are a kind person and great at what you do Sir!
Ana organized and was hands-on with the Cleaning & Pack Out crews helping them get things done! She was also a wealth of knowledge during the Initial Assessment about what would likely be unsalvageable versus items they could save. Thank you for being right there in the thick of it Ana! You & Nefre had my stuff packed, stacked and ready to move in no time.
Cesar & Aron were the Demolition Crew that ran the show. All I can say is that these Gentleman were top notch! They worked so well around the packing crews efforts and made the job look easy clearing the floor, walls and insulation out of the way in just a few days.
Finally the Cleaning Crew was such a joy to meet and they took such good care of my Home. Thank you Nefre, Sachy & Sandra, y’all were amazing! These Ladies went over the house with a fine toothed comb and created a clean slate for my General Contractor to build back from.
This was my first experience with a House Fire and hopefully the last but if my Friends or Family ever have an issue I would 100% recommend Servpro of Lukin & Nacogdoches. Ask for Ulises and you will be in good hands!
