Buying used truck sight unseen isn’t always a good idea but they made it easy and reassured me on any questions I had. Got to the dealership looked the truck over seen some simple things I didn’t like that needed attention. The jumped and had it handled in no time. Few weeks later I had some electrical issues with the truck, brought it to my local dealer to get looked at. Turned into some costly repairs and lufkin didn’t hesitate to jump in and get it fixed and covered the cost. I highly recommend these folks here for your next purchase. They go above and beyond for their customers and stand by their product.
Big shout out to Bradley the five star service tech who got my truck running. I brought in my wife 579 PeterKar because it was derating and I was originally told they would not get to it until Monday but I explained to Wendy in the service department that I run a hopper bottom and I had a load of ground up potatoes that had to be offloaded within 34 hours otherwise moisture was set in and the little would be rejected. David as Bradley if he could do a forced regen and come to find out it was a bad sensor. Top notch to the guys at this shop and especially Bradley I want to thank you personally we're saving my a** literally otherwise this load would have cost me over $10,000.
