Richard is the best. Man enjoys his job and he's great at. Takes concerns seriously and is the best at trouble shooting hang ups. We went to other places and felt rushed and ignored simultaneously. Which is by itself an impressive way to push more customers to Richard. If we get a second structure, which is likely, going straight back to him.
