We have used Boyett for the past 4 years. We have always received fast hassle free service!

Caitlyn did my 1040x and I have to say she went above and beyond to help me. she was available to take my calls and texts and was able to answer all my questions very promptly and she made sure I was able to access everything. I am not technologically savvy and I came across issues and she was able to spend extra time to walk me through and make sure I had what u needed. she was very patient and also extremely knowledgeable. she also told me if she wasn't quite sure about something and she made sure to run those concerns past her father in law, who has a few decades of experience. Because of her honesty and her attention to detail it demonstrated her integrity and it gave me a sense of security. Not to mention I have not even met her face to face. she was able to do all of this from a totally different state than me. so if any of you need your taxes done and your not in state, I have to say this was the most convenient my taxes have ever been. my issue is that I did my taxes myself and messed up and then needed to fix them and didn't want to mess up again. So I would say that this company has integrity and would highly recommend them. also the service was extremely prompt and for me I had a deadline so that was everything!!!! thanks again
