My mom closed an account with y'all 3 years ago, and you are still harassing us to open an account with daily phone calls and voicemails. Are y'all hurting for money? I tried to call to talk to y'all and you lie saying you never called. I have the voicemails and the same number! Not even once daily, but multiple times!

I used to love the service there. They were great at one point in time!!! Recently had a bad experience with a new person they hired. She’s very rude so unprofessional! I always make my payments on time. I had to call corporate and complain. Jennifer was professional until she hired this new girl not sure if she is a related? Anyhow they will never get my business again and I’ve been with them for years!!! Definitely don’t recommend them at all!

Got a letter in the mail confirming a guaranteed $500 loan when I got to the office they told me they couldn't do it with a guaranteed letter they sent me to the address
