Turner & Witt Plumbing, Heating, & AC Inc. has provided top-notch services since 2003. The crew acts within a couple of hours to restore air conditioning, showing very knowledgeable problem-solving and fixing it fast. Technicians thoroughly explain what they are doing and why, showing their work at several stages. Service is prompt, with calls answered Tuesday afternoon and visits Wednesday morning, always cordial and polite. After a surprise busted pipe, they charged 1/6th of another quote and repaired the severe line in 3 days, going above and beyond. Long-time customers and their parents have used them for many years; they fixed a small AC leak while replacing a water heater. Always super friendly, they do an amazing job and go above and beyond if they see a different problem. Highly recommended for all future needs.
Dee came out to look at our ac unit. It's over 100 degrees so we were very grateful for the prompt service. Not only was he respectful but he was very transparent and informative. Excellent customer service. We have one of those home warranty plans that, while we have benefited from it, is always a little difficult. The owner, Neal, worked with our insurance so well that the insurance company’s representative said that he did an amazing job explaining the needs. He’s very honest having even talked me down from some upgrades that I thought I needed. He was able to explain in layman’s terms why I’d be better off in the long run. They have an amazing team!
