They are very nice and very professional but they have a hard time showing up the second time. We had them out to spray in 2017. They did great the first time. But the follow up spray was delayed multiple times, so we finally said never mind. This summer we thought we would give them another shot, explained the deal from previously and were told they had it all straightened out now and there would be no problems. The first spray was great. No problems. But they never called or showed for the second spray. Sorry, but they should be able to keep up with their follow up appointments. Not going to make that mistake again.

Technicians were extremely professional, early for the appointment, and quickly responded to my calls. If they were busy and I had to leave a voicemail my call was quickly returned. Paying through the customer portal was easy and quick. I will continue to use Truly Nolen for my pest control and yard spraying needs. Also I know I share the same last name as the company, this is just coincidence, I am in no way related to their corporation.

The yard treatments have helped my yard tremendously! I spent all last summer pulling weeds and it didn't help. Three or so treatments and I have about maybe 5 weeds total in my yard. 😍 I have even had companies come and spray with pre-emergent, but nothing has compared to what Truly Nolen has done for my yard!
