I just called Town South Floral in a panic and with very specific needs (all shades of pink...it's mom's favorite color) for a same day delivery. It's my mother's first birthday following her move to Lubbock and I didn't think ahead. I was met with the kindest most gracious customer service ever. They started on my requested arrangement while I was still on the phone and asked the driver to wait so it could go right out. Ive never been to Lubbock but if this is how that community takes care of it's own...I can see why my parents made the move. I called almost at closing time on a Saturday. They patiently discussed and took my order, took the time to put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it! Great service and attention to detail, thank you!
