I travel from a different state to Lubbock just to have my permanent tattoo makeup done by Martha because she's the best has many years of experience she's done my eyebrows & I recently had my lips done I absolutely love them I've gotten so many compliments on themServices: Eyebrows

I bought the Groupon to get eyelash extensions and called to make an appointment. The only lash tech is currently only working weekends and so she had to schedule me 3 weeks out. I get there and she forgot that she had booked me and had another girl coming in at the same time. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting until after the other girl was taken care of. I mean, I scheduled first and was actually in office first, but sure, I didn't have anything going on that day, so I told her I could wait. She said she would call me when she finished. This was at 1. By 5, I still hadn't received a phone call. So I called her number - it went straight to voice-mail. I left a message asking if I would still be able to be seen today or not, just let me know. That was Saturday. It is now Monday night and she still has not reached out to me.I get she's busy and mistakes like double booking happen. But to have waited 3 weeks for an appointment and then to be ignored when trying to figure out if I'm actually going to be seen or not just really sucks. If you didn't want to honor the Groupon - at least have the decency to tell me when inwas setting up the appointment initially. Now it's been too long and I can't get a refund, I can only get Groupon bucks... so that extra sucks, I feel like I was robbed.
