I checked in online it was 6:54pm and it said a 15 minute wait got at the location at 7:05 and there was 5-6 girls there and they where just talking cleaning and getting ready to go home and I didn’t get my cut waited there for more than 30 mins after the 15 minute wait and there wasn’t no one else in the store beside myself and 1 more person And they close at 8 so bad experience

Jenn was absolutely amazing. She was gentle & smooth. I never felt the clippers touch my head. I had to look in the mirror to see if she was cutting my hair. Very friendly & very energetic.

Worst sports clips i have ever gone to i have been using sports clips for years and have never been treated like this i have used ones in austin ,Georgetown, odesa, Albuquerque. Even if I check in at store and the time I received i usually get my hair cut started by that time or before that time. I signed in it said 43 minutes was there for over an hour been sitting there the whole time and get asked after being there have i signed in was the final slap in the face.
