Joshua was our technician today. We had been told by another company that our AC was on its last legs. This young man came on with an enormous backpack of tools to run diagnostics and troubleshoot. No running to the truck for each tool!He did inspection of every detail, even the duct in the attic! He even reset my thermostat for me.
