This is a very professional and caring place to take your pet in an emegency. We had to take our 13 year old dobermann/mastiff in at midnight for a final farewell. The staff were incredibly kind. They made the process as smooth as possible and walked us through every step. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Our dog Sookie escaped our yard and was tragically hit by a car sustaining fatal injuries 💔 The staff here were truly angels on earth - so kind and compassionate on one of the worst days of my life. They were able to help her pass quickly and comfortably over the rainbow bridge. I have a long road of grief ahead but they made this awful experience the best it could be and I am so thankful for them. Rest in peace, Sookie ❤🪽
It was a great experience—efficient, fast, and caring. The overnight visit was fantastic! They took excellent care of my pug, Olie. Thank you for everything you did for us. because of security reasons. But the employee who greeted me at the front door listened as I explained the problem with Olie, and she immediately gave me a form.
