I have been a customer of Sinclair since 1994. I have met dozens of technicians over those years. Recently Kent came to my house for my semi-annual inspection. He found and repaired a problem that had been missed for years. Kent is the most conscientious and thorough technician I have ever met. He was not satisfied until I was satisfied. He is an excellent employee and very cordial to deal with.
