This place is the best barber shop I have ever been to! He’s a nice person and he will always engage into conversation. The barbers name is Paul and he is the most talented person when it comes to cutting hair. He is also really funny. Come to Rosa’s barber shop to get the best haircut ever.

I highly recommend Paul. He has cut my hair for several years and has done a wonderful job. Curly hair can be a challenge for some, but not Paul! I have even had him correct several poor haircuts from another shop. Always easy to get in and still very reasonably priced. Go see him!! I live in DFW and still come back to Lubbock to have Paul cut my hair.
