After almost a week and a half of a leaky chimney, and 2 other roofers, Jeff came out and got us fixed up the same day. Couldn't have asked for more kind and thorough service. I always had the wrong impression that roof master was a big company without personal touch customer service, and I couldn't have been more wrong. Can't thank y'all enough.

Roof Master did an excellent job. They returned my call quickly, set up the appointment to inspect, and coordinated with my insurance. The entire process from claim to new roof was about two and a half weeks, and that was after a major wind storm with a ton of claims area wide (they were busy). Even though they were busy they made me feel important. The crew was quick and left my property in better condition than when they started. I could not be happier with the experience I had with roof masters! It was necessary to get repairs done on our roof and Jeff came out quickly to do the inspection. Roof masters worked with our home insurance and made the process painless and seamless. He answered all our questions and the work done to repair the roof was done quickly and professionally. We have plans to use roof masters for the siding of our house and other repairs down the road. You could not ask for a better company to entrust your house and home repairs.
