My husband and I enjoyed a first ever professional foot massage. It was comfortable, clean and professional. The foot massage was awesome and we plan to return!

Just left her so disappointed. This is the second time in a row I have waited gotten someone really good just for them to swap mid way and not being pleased. Tonight I tried to politely explain what was wrong he was only staying in one spot which is on fire now and building more tension then releasing. I didn’t get the full 30 min chair session experience no arms hands lower back and ends of shoulder just one spot half way from my shoulders and neck. I am leaving in more pain than I came in with. I always rant and rave about this one and refer to others. So very disappointed. This is the second time they have swapped me for someone else that has come in after me that they seem to know well not sure how that works since I had to wait my turn only to get a not even mediocre session. Probably won’t be back and I’m an avid once a week at least.

BUYER BEWARE! I've gone to both locations a handful of times and it has been pretty pleasant up till now. It's not the quietest of places at times but what I've recently discovered is GROSS and unacceptable!!!! I witnessed that the workers simply fold up the used soiled towels after each use and use on the next patron. That goes for the tables too! The simply iron out the table cover add a new paper towel and done. After witnessing that I demanded new towels & table covering. The worker was surprised and said ok but had alot to say to the other workers. All of which I of course couldn't understand. Shame on you Relax Reflexology!

Such a great place with a quiet and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and VERY competitive prices compared to other places in town!
I am an American who speaks English and Chinese, but the employees were very nice to me and agreed to speak Chinese to me. The prices at this Relax Reflexology store are really reasonable and the environment is very quiet!

My wife and family have been coming here for years, we had a Friday night routine for foot massages. It used to be nice and quiet with a good massage… but recently a couple of the women and one of the men on staff talk loudly & obnoxiously. One is in a supervisory position (or acts like it). She cannot talk softly or whisper, & repeats the same phrases/demands over and over. We’re going to have to change locations if this continues. It would be nice if one person on staff spoke fluent English as they don’t understand special requests. June 7th, 2024.

The guy that gave me a massage smelled like smoke and made me smell like smoke the rest of the day. The massage wasn't any good either. I paid for a full body massage and it seemed like the only thing he worked on were my shoulder blades for almost the full hour. I've gotten many massages at Relax Reflexology in different places and have nothing bad to say about any of them, but the one I just went to in Canyon west Lubbock was not good at all. Don't waste your money at this place.

Waited well over an hour and was skipped over numerous times. Signed up for an hour and a half massage. When I asked why I was skipped over 7 times I was told they didn’t know why. A couple walked in right behind me and they were told there was no wait time and taken straight back!!

My back was spasming. I was miserable. I was working in Lubbock and a colleague from the area gave me their information. The masseuse was wonderful. 90 minutes deep massage cured me.

I walked in and waited an hour for a massage. Signed up for an hour and a half. I got skipped over 5 times. When I questioned the front desk I was told there were no massage therapists. A minute later they pulled someone who walked in right in front of me!!
