I have been awaiting an estimate for fire repair for the past month, and I have received no callbacks. The customer service has been appalling. I cannot fathom how it takes this long to obtain an estimate, and I am questioning whether it is worth the inconvenience to have my home repaired by this company.

I have used this company before! As a builder we had a water leak. Company responded promptly and took care of the leak! This other review by this Caleb guy sounds like a disgruntled ex employee. Should be ashamed of himself! Clearly by all of the other 5 star reviews his is a biased review. I bet he was the problem! I worked for Rainbow International of Lubbock. The owner is a crook. He owns the franchise in Lubbock and Midland/ Odessa. The company constantly cuts corners and does not use the funds sent to them from the home owner or insurance agencies in the proper way. As the Branch Manager here in Lubbock, I repeatedly would ask the owner to make purchases for programs, training and equipment. We were not given the proper tools to succeed on jobs. The owner did not care about quality of work, customer satisfaction, or a home owners property. This owner/ franchise will send under qualified and under trained technicians to your home.He put me in a position with home owners that seemed like I represented what this company was, and I did not. After my departure from this company, he owed me several thousand dollars and has since, stop answering my attempts to make contact with them. I highly recommend, going with ANY other company. This owner has no ethic or morales.

I am so glad my insurance company sent Rainbow International to help with the water damage in our home. This company is not only very professional, they really, really care about making sure all is well by the time they remove all their equipment. Kevin was very thorough and went above and beyond in all he did and I appreciate that very, very much. I would highly recommend Kevin and Rainbow International for any and all water damage work. Had their crew come clean some carpet in my rental house, made my dingy carpets look like they were brand new!!! And they stay looking clean.
