I’m not even using them, I have a neighbor who is. They were parked blocking my mailbox, driveway, and my neighbors mailbox so I was going over to offer part of my driveway for them to park in and ended up getting screamed at by the “boss” of the company.
Completely unprofessional especially since I was offering my space to help them park and my neighbor and I getting in trouble with usps for THEM obstructing the mailman/mailwoman from delivering our mail.
I was sick and the crazy wind made me hoarse so I was just yelling a bit so they could hear me.
Hey “BOSS”, next time figure out what the situation is before you come out yellin. I love my neighbor, absolutely, and was trying to help yall to help her and you came outside looking like a total jerk screaming at me. It’s not my fault I’m hoarse and your dudes couldn’t hear me over the 65mph gusts of wind.
Stay away, very unprofessional. Not impressed with how they treat ppl. They obstruct everything then tell you to call the number on the truck if you have a problem. THEN go get big “boss” to come out and scream at you like a freaking idiot. No apology for misunderstanding the situation nothin.

Blane and Lubbock streamers did a phenomenal job cleaning our air ducts! We are waking up without stuffy noses or sore throats. Our air feels fresher and cleaner. Didn’t take long at all. Highly recommend Lubbock Steamers!

First time they came out we had a great experience! Carpet looked fresh and super clean and I remember telling my wife that we for sure would use them again.
Second time was just okay. They did the job, but accidentally missed a room. They had to come out to do it again.
When I called to book, I may have misheard it, but I thought it was going to total to $116. When I called to pay, it came out to about $50 more than I thought was originally quoted… either I misheard the quote or maybe because a truck had to be called out a second time to correct the mistake of missing a room? Not sure. Carpets were okay the second time. Some of the stains on our carpet were still pretty visible. All in all, 50/50 if we would go with them again.

Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. They did an amazing job. Honest hard workers. Can’t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend.

I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. Was told they would be at my house scheduled a week in advance for Saturday morning at 10 AM. Me and my family waited until 130 in the afternoon. Tried calling several times left voicemails no response never could get a hold of anyone. No call no show. I will never be using this company again. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Lubbock Steamer is AMAZING! I use them for my own home and they are always the first people I call when any of my buyer or sellers need work done. They show up on time, do a great job, and are affordable. 10/10 recommend. P.S. shoutout to Tomas, he is always so respectable, dependable, knowledgable and fast! The lady at the front desk is so kind and has saved me twice with last minute appointments now. And I have also had the pleasure of meeting Blane that does a wonderful job and is so friendly, also.

10/10 experience all the way around. Very sweet office people. Very polite and helpful workers. The service is unmatched to anything. Jeremy and Blane came out and were so professional and nice. Their work speaks for itself. Will be using again for any future steaming services.
