Lowery’s was the only company that had a solution for our old crumbling pipes that didn’t require tearing up our floors and foundation. They have always been friendly, competent and quick to take care of us. Their warranty on our major plumbing work has been excellent.
We have been using Lowery for over 10 years, and they have been outstanding. We used them for a/c repairs and a new a/c new water heater, repairs on things. They have been fair on price they show up when they say they will and all ways pleasant! They live the words customer service, they don't just say them. If there is anything you need done that is under their scope of work, I Strongly recommend them! They might not be the cheapest, but you can't beat their service and they only sell quality things. Give them a call you WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
The initial request was to look at the air conditioner and assess why the interior temperature was higher than expected. The repairman cleaned the air conditioner and then looked at the water heater and the furnace. He found a leak under the 20 year old unit and recommended replacing the water heater. The next day a plumber team to install the unit. A job that was expected to be straight forward turned into a major project. The team came up with a creative way to remove the unit and install the new unit. It took 9 hours but the technician performed the job well without complaints. I appreciate the work and strongly recommend the company for similar projects
