Had an emergency with one of our Giant Schnauzers. The staff were phenomenal, even during our grief and loss of our fur baby. Everyone showed compassion and grace. They even sent a follow-up card for condolences. Would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you for all of your time during that event.

Had 2 appointments scheduled for the same day and when i got there i told her my name and appointment time, after waiting for a hour and 30 mins i go back up and ask about how much longer since all walk ins were being seen before me & the lady now informs me she couldn’t find my appointment and set me up as a walk in, even though i have both email confirmations for the appointment. When i went to show her the email confirmation she then gets an attitude with me as if im in the wrong for being confused on how she couldn’t find my appointment.

I'm going to write my review before I know the outcome. In the morning my dawg...my best friend Bud, has a life or death surgery. I was referred to Live Oak Animal Hospital by a vet in Andrews, Texas. I brought my dog here as fast as I could. I met the staff, and the doctor... I feel totally confident that they will do their best to help save my best friends life. God speed Live Oak.
