First and foremost, we now have air conditioning. I contacted you on Tuesday morning, someone came out to assess the problem within a couple of hours. Unfortunately for us, it was time to replace the entire system, but we anticipated that this was coming sometime soon,(15 years old). Jim came out quickly to give us a price quote. He gave us several options and let us make the choice that best fit our needs. We chose, and Johnny and ? came out early on Wednesday morning, and got everything installed and working by mid afternoon. Great service, efficient, and we were only without A/C for 24 hours or less. Came out to check water leak under carpet and determined that the HVAC has a leak. Will send a HVAC tech Tomorrow . The technician , Manny was very thorough in his search for the problem. Good service.

Tech showed up promptly on the weekend and gave a quick evaluation of my problem, also putting me in contact with a manager for additional repairs. Process was fast, easy, and courteous.
