Had a great experience glad I went and did the lasik
I got PRK eye surgery at West Texas Eye Associates in Lubbock and the entire experience has been fantastic. I was really nervous about having my eyes worked on but they affirmed me that it was totally normal to feel like that and that almost all patients didn’t run into any complications other than the typical recovery. The entire staff has been very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions or concerns that you have. I personally didn’t have any pain with the procedure and it took maybe 15 minutes to get both eyes finished by Dr. Jay Bradley. From the beginning to end, everyone was so helpful, informative, and on top of things. From the free consultation to the end of my LASIK follow-up, the experience has been great. Matthew and Paula were knowledgeable and easy to reach out to, the nurses during my procedure were kind and helpful, and Dr. Bradley was attentive and skilled. I always knew exactly what to expect going forward, knew who to ask if I had any questions, and had resources to read and pull from if needed, and that peace of mind was priceless. Highly recommend.
