I have been a patient at Lakeridge Dental since i was little and have always been taken care of with great detail. Communication with the dentist is always very clear and when I have addressed concerns they are taken seriously. I have recently had TMD/TMJ problems and they have made it a point to put me with a hygenist who is very gentle and does not make me open my jaw past my point of comfortability even if it makes her job a bit harder. The front staff is always so friendly and working hard. I have never seen anyone slacking off.

I came to this bad situation with this dentist and want to sound an alarm to who want do services here. My daughter has school in this city and her teeth is hurt but not ER situation. She asked me to check out this location and very things went fine. Suddenly, I got a bill that I still owned them. I called and found out their estimate were lower than my insurance cover. I called them and tell I won't pay for this amount because I didn't approve for this different. It is higher than my dentist. I check their reviews and find out they didn't the same low estimate to many other customers and want collect the surge charge money. I will file a complaint to state dental board and the insurance commission if they don't correct their low cost estimate on purpose.

Just one recommendation for the technicians when doing routine cleanings; please limit your chatter with your fellow technicians that are assisting you. Please pay attention to your patient especially when using sharp objects during cleaning. Your patient are there for your undivided attention not to listen to your personal problems, what you had for lunch or what food someone left in the break room.

Lakeridge Dental is the best dental care facility in Lubbock due to the fact that the staff is very professional and nice. Treats everyone with dignity and respect. The location is convenient, and the landscaping is very nice and well kept. The hygienist and care team really do go out of their way to explain what is going on and what to expect. The doctors are nice and treat everyone with care and concern. I would highly recommend Lakeridge Dental to anyone that is needing new service or is wanting to change.

Upon entering Lakeridge Dental Clinic,the receptionist, gave me immediate, professional, sharp attention. She gives the 1st impression in that business environment, very , very excellent impression, she knows what she is doing there. I was there for a teeth cleaning, the dental hygienist, both took the time and care to perfectly clean every inner angle ,areas,of my teeth, the young lady that took my x-rays was the most accurate. She was so proficient, she made me feel,I was in good hands. Dr. Lawsons diagnosis, judgement made me realize I was in good hands.He noticed a tooth that needed attention, I was in total agreement with the manner,wisdom,judgement of how he wanted to approach the repair,care of my teeth. He even found the time to prep a crown.During the procedure, I felt no pain. I believe he was totally accurate in his dental prep of that tooth, the young lady that emplace my temp tooth did an excellent job, and shes real confident in her expertise, everyone there ,appeared to show ,they know their jobs very well. The lady that calculates the costs, is friendly,accurate,and she knows how to exactly do her figures. She means business, and shows a positive, professional, discerning attitude. I'm glad she represents that clinic, i thought she was honest in her financial figures. Summary: Dr. Lawson and his staff care about their patients , their patient's dental needs, very evident, by their performance procedures. Thank You so much.

Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so much more at ease. The dentist explained the procedures well and did a wonderful.job. They got me in the same day, which was such a blessing after having severe tooth pain. I would recommend them to anyone!
