Kingsgate Animal Hospital

I love this place ! Super clean, friendly, and truly care about your animal. I never feel rushed and I always feel included in my animals treatment. I really love the vet takes into account the age of my animal before prescribing meds. Some vets want you in and out but not this vet. I plan to transfer all my animals over to Kingsgate.

I have never had an issue here . Even when I just walked in with a pet problem or emergency . The staff is always helpful and friendly to me and my dog . My dog loves them all and they always take care of her when we come in .

I had to find a new vet clinic after 23 years at the same place. I did some research and chose Kingsgate Animal Hospital for my cats. Boy, did I make the right choice!!!!!

We've used them for those extra hard visits you don't wanna talk about. The kind where you and your best friend go because the world is a cruel place and then only one of you gets to come home. But the staff has made the process as bearable as possible

From the receptionist to the doctor, my experience was awesome. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I moved from another state and they even got the records from the old vet. I really do recommend Kingsgate Vet for all the furbabies. I will definitely take all my furbabies back there

I’ve had two appointments here over this pass year and they both had a common issue. The support staff is just not that knowledgeable. Veterinarians are great but they rely on the staff/ front desk heavily. My experiences had an overwhelming feeling of lack of care for my pet, while sadly feeling more focus was on money. The place isn’t even that busy.

Reply: thank you for the reply. I am a client that is registered under a different name. I don’t really see how that matters at this point. I called and filed a complaint on my first visit. I was told if I wanted to speak to the veterinarian or the owner I needed to make an appointment, which means spend more money.$$ I believe I hung up at that point. Later that afternoon the owner did call me back and seemed very concerned which I appreciated. I explained in great detail my experience with the staff not being knowledgeable. She explained that it would be taken care of. Fast-forward to a year later, same staff members are employed, still lacking acceptable knowledge. I was even sales pitched product prior to seeing the vet.$$ I am there because I'm concerned for my pets health, the last thing I want or need is a sales pitch while I wait. $$ Let’s address those concerns first.
