Jake was great. He was on time and very detailed in his work. If all your staff are as punctual, careful, respectful and diligent as he is, then you are a Blessed company for sure. Everyone of your employees who served us; those who answered the phone, the staff member who gave us the estimate, those who cleaned up, and the window installers did an excellent and outstanding performance. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service you provided for us. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

Bad hail storm in Lubbock destroyed my roof, skylights, a couple windows, and rain gutters. These folks got it done in a day and a half except for the gutters that were done a few days later. They were top of the line people, very professional, each and every person that I interacted with. I highly recommend this company.

Jones & Associates did my home with siding. The job was done well, on time and looks beautiful. The young men that did the work were professional at all times, worked hard and finished promptly. I highly recommend this Company.
