Jerry's Truck Repair Inc. is a reliable and honest business. The team is willing to go the extra mile to help customers, even when their own shop is busy. Jerry is a knowledgeable and patient mechanic who provides helpful guidance over the phone. This is an excellent large truck repair shop. Jerry and his staff are extremely professional and have many years of experience. His employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are everything you hope for and provide excellent service for any semi or trailer.
Got to lubbock last night thought it was a fan hub only that locked up. Turns out the front engine mount broke and and the engine was resting on the fan shroud and and fan shroud mounts about a half inch from crushing my oil pan with the steer axel. Jerry understood I was in a bind needing to load cattle and got me in right away and Carlos was put in charge of the task. Jerry and his crew did an excellent job getting me on the road and finding the root cause of my issues. Thank yall so much.
Excellent, professional service. Jerry’s shop is very busy, but they were able to complete my job as promised and did so in excellent manner. I will be bringing the rest of my fleet by whenever we need any type of service.
Had a great experience....called 4 places around Lubbock and Jerry was only place that helped me .....very professional....extremely nice people ...everyone at shop was everything you hope for .....can't say enough.......would recommend to anyone needing service to their semi or trailer ....excellent place and excellent people....
