I have been in Lubbock for medical reasons with my mother, and I needed my Infiniti serviced. I have never used Lubbock Infiniti Service prior to this visit. They were courteous and helpful. I was able to get my car in and out in about an hour. The dealership is very clean and welcoming. I have spoke to Abraham H (Sales) regarding the possibility of a new Infiniti. He has always been very courteous and very helpful with my multitude of questions. I would highly recommend this dealership (service and/or sales)

Erica Mendez was my service advisor, And Joshua Stine did great job on my car. I had the works, engine oil, filter, tire rotation, brake fluid. Plus they fix one of my seats that was kind grinding. They installed my front bumper air spoiler. Awesome job guys!! I greatly appreciate your help with my vehicle!! Kathy Basinger

Just purchased a 2020 Tahoe from Infinity of Lubbock and am very happy with my experience with them. Our salesman was very professional gave me some useful information on the vehicle I was looking at and I never felt pressured to have to purchase the vehicle..the manager was also very straightforward and they were even able to get me a better deal on financing than my bank which was pretty surprising.
