I have been in Lubbock for medical reasons with my mother, and I needed my Infiniti serviced. I have never used Lubbock Infiniti Service prior to this visit. They were courteous and helpful. I was able to get my car in and out in about an hour. The dealership is very clean and welcoming. I have spoke to Abraham H (Sales) regarding the possibility of a new Infiniti. He has always been very courteous and very helpful with my multitude of questions. I would highly recommend this dealership (service and/or sales)

Erica Mendez was my service advisor, And Joshua Stine did great job on my car. I had the works, engine oil, filter, tire rotation, brake fluid. Plus they fix one of my seats that was kind grinding. Just purchased a 2020 Tahoe from Infinity of Lubbock and am very happy with my experience with them. Our salesman was very professional gave me some useful information on the vehicle I was looking at and I never felt pressured to have to purchase the vehicle..the manager was also very straightforward and they were even able to get me a better deal on financing than my bank which was pretty surprising.
I’d also like to thank them very much for also making the effort to help me out with my personal vehicle I was driving. I happened to get a tire service light right before going to the dealership and the manager even tried to help me out with that. He had no obligation to do it since that was our personal vehicle that we had driven to the dealership with but that speaks volumes about their willingness to provide the best customer service available to their customers. Will definitely keep on eye on their inventory when searching for my next vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved in completing our purchase.
