Just purchased a 2020 Tahoe from Infinity of Lubbock and am very happy with my experience with them. Our salesman was very professional gave me some useful information on the vehicle I was looking at and I never felt pressured to have to purchase the vehicle..the manager was also very straightforward and they were even able to get me a better deal on financing than my bank which was pretty surprising. I’d also like to thank them very much for also making the effort to help me out with my personal vehicle I was driving. I happened to get a tire service light right before going to the dealership and the manager even tried to help me out with that. He had no obligation to do it since that was our personal vehicle that we had driven to the dealership with but that speaks volumes about their willingness to provide the best customer service available to their customers.
